“ Gol gappe - 9/10 - $6.99 - I like that the fillings came on the side so i could fill how much i wanted. Puris and fillings were fresh and tasty Raj kachori - 9/10 - $8.99 - Full of flavor, i wish the outer part was a bit more crispier but overall delicious Masala dosa - 9.5/10 - $10.99 - All the fillings had so much flavor and the dosa was soft. Veg grilled sandwich - 8.5/10 - $11.99 - Very tasty for a veggie sandwich and i loved the presentation. Found my new favorite spot for desi snacks!! I loved how everything was made-to-order and fresh. We had to wait a while for our food but it was so worth it. The chutneys and fillings were all flavorful Definitely recommend! ”
“ I was thrilled to see a food truck catering to those with a vegetarian based diet. I absolutely love Indian vegetarian dishes and I was happy to see new dishes (to me) on the menu that I haven't eaten before. I ordered the Sev Khamni, which is a savory street food snack from Surat, in Gujarat state in India. I'm no expert and this was the first time I've eaten it but from a taste standpoint, I'd say it's at least a 4 or 5 out of 5. It was very good! I also ordered the Dahi Puri, which if I'm not mistaken is a street food from Mumbai. Wow! I loved this food. There were so many unexpected flavors and textures in this dish. It was sweet, tangy and spicy at the same time. The crispness was a surprise to me. I ordered to go because it was about to start raining. After doing some research at home, I saw that it would have been better to eat them as soon as they were made, so I will need to return on a more pleasant day and eat them there. They still tasted amazing to me after the trip home. The service was fast and friendly. They were also very helpful answering my questions. I would have ordered more but I had already ordered from another food truck as well. I will be back to enjoy some more of this amazing Indian vegetarian street food! ”
